1988 Broder Blue with White Frame
This 10 card unlicensed baseball set has a blue border with a white frame on the front of the card and the name along the bottom. The back of the card includes the player name, 1987 statistics, card number, position and team. It is also identified as Series 1, but there never was an official second series. I suspect that the second year became this set, as the design on the front is identical:
