1993 Sports Heroes Feats & Facts Samples
These samples were distributed in 1993 before the production and distribution of the Sports Heroes Feats & Facts mail order set from 1994 through 1998. Weekly orders came in packets with 12 pages, just like this sample packet.
The copyright line in the image below helps identify the year and packet variation of a particular page. The Roman Numeral MCMXCIII represents the year, 1993, and Packet 00 is the packet variation.
In the regular pages issued from 1994-98, the word Packet is abbreviated as Pkt. and instead of '00' the packet number is listed. something like 'Pkt. 10'. Anytime an error was discovered, a player changed teams, or something in the packet needed to get updated, they would reprint the entire packet and version the packet numbering with a letter. For example, below is the history of Pkt. 10, I have no idea if there is a Pt. 10b or not! It is likely that it exists as there is a gap from Pkt 10a in 1995 to Pkt. 10b in 1997, but I can't confirm.
MCMXCIV Pkt. 10
MCMXCV Pkt. 10a
MCMXCVII Pkt. 10c
In the description field, I also list any sections and data that seem to be different than other packet variations.
