1997 Upper Deck Folz Vending Minis
In 1997, Upper Deck partnered with the Folz Vending company to create mini cards that could be dispensed from their vending machines. For .50 cents you could get a single card from the vending machine. Unfortunately, the cards were placed in the machine unprotected and when they dropped out of the machine, corners would often get dinged. The Folz sets use the photos from the Collector's Choice sets from 1996, but the Collector's Choice logo is removed. They are smaller than normal card size (2 5/16 x 3 3/8) and are numbered to 48.The first six cards in the set are foil and short printed, so they are more difficult to obtain.
