2000 Pacific Backyard Baseball
I believe one card was inserted into each copy of Backyard Baseball video games and to this point I have identified fourteen different players, 11 MLB players and three cartoon kids from the game.
A sample sheet was also released of nine cards, they are identical except they have a white border rather than being borderless. Six of the players on the sheet are in the original set, but three new players appear as well. Here is a link to the sample set.
